Tuna Summer Salad

A light and delicious summer salad, made with tender tuna chunks. A taste of summer even if the sun isn't shining!

Directions


Directions

  1. Boil eggs for 3 minutes for soft boiled eggs

  2. Boil fine beans for 5 minutes

  3. Boil baby new potatoes for 8 minutes

  4. In a bowl break up the iceberg lettuce

  5. Layer on the tuna

  6. Blanche fine beans in cold water

  7. Slice fine beans and scatter over salad

  8. Slice baby new potatoes and add to the bowl

  9. Add cherry tomatoes and olives

  10. Chop soft boiled eggs and place on salad

  11. Drizzle with olive oil and add a grind of black pepper
