Directions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C.
  2. Cut the fruit in half and remove the stone.
  3. Place in an oven-proof dish and pour over the red wine and the sparkling water.
  4. Add 1/2 stick of cinnamon and cover with tin foil.
  5. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the cover and pour the liquor into a saucepan to boil.
  7. Sprinkle honey and crushed flapjack over the fruit and place back in the oven for 20 minutes.
  8. Present on a plate with the reduced syrup from the saucepan.
