Butcher's Choice Lincolnshire Sausage Casserole







A delicious one-pot winter warmer!



  1. Heat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Lightly oil the sausage and put in a casserole dish, place into the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. While the sausages are cooking, chop the onions and potatoes into 2cm squares, chop the garlic into small pieces.
  4. Remove the sausages from the oven and slice in half.
  5. Add the potato, onion and garlic to the casserole dish and place back into the oven for 15/20 minutes, just enough to colour them.
  6. Add the jar of tomato and garlic sauce to the sausages and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Place back into the oven for a further 20-25 minutes until the cheese melts and the dish is piping hot.
